We have a 2 days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged at the time of receipt, leaked packaging or spoiled. Please note that a layer of oil on top of the nut butters is normal because we don't use any preservatives. Just mix the product with a spoon and enjoy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
